⚠️ Critical Notes: *Antenna ports: When each port is in receiving mode, the received signal strength must not exceed 10dBm, otherwise the port will be permanently damaged; it is recommended that the antenna spacing between modules should not be less than the distance between the device ports, and the antenna spacing between modules should be greater than 2 meters.
*The device requires continuous heat dissipation to ensure the core temperature is ≤100℃ and the casing temperature is ≤80℃.
*Transmission Power: Measured at room temperature, 24V supply voltage, and continuous transmission mode. For transmission power <33dBm series, the power amplifier is powered by a low voltage converted through a DCDC converter, so voltage fluctuations do not affect the maximum output power; for transmission power ≥33dBm series, the power amplifier device voltage follows the supply voltage. Changing the 24V supply to the upper limit allowed by the supply voltage (see the typical rating table for details) will increase system power consumption by 10–25%. Pay attention to heat dissipation. The 33dBm model will increase the maximum transmission power by about 0.1dB. For efficiency and heat dissipation, it is recommended to use a 24V power supply. The >33dBm series will increase the maximum transmission power by 0.3–1dB.
*Power Supply Voltage: The equipment is prohibited from operating above the allowable upper limit of the power supply.
*Maximum power consumption: Value measured at room temperature, 24V power supply, and continuous transmission mode; actual maximum power consumption is between 92% and 95%.
*Standby Power Consumption: At room temperature, with 24V power supply, refers to the power consumption when connected but without any active service.
*Data Interface: LAN is a 10/100M network port, RS232 supports a maximum baud rate of 115200, TTL is 3.3V level with a maximum supported baud rate of 460800, TTL/SBUS indicates that TTL and SBUS can be configured via software.
*Range Extension Mode: To achieve a longer distance, the rated maximum output transmission power is increased by 1-2dB, resulting in a system power consumption increase of 10–30%. Pay attention to heat dissipation. In this mode, the linearity of the power amplifier deteriorates, and MCS8 and MCS7 may not be supported; outdoor models (IP65 type) do not support range extension mode.
*Recommended usage distance: line of sight, no in-band interference, 1.4G frequency band, 2dBi omnidirectional antenna at the sky end, 5dBi omnidirectional antenna on the ground, capable of smoothly transmitting one video stream at 2~4mbps bitrate.

  • AES Encryption: Supports AES256 encryption technology for air interface encrypted transmission.
  • In-band anti-interference: When the proportion of in-band signal interference is less than 15%, normal communication and data transmission can be ensured.
  • RF Transmit Power: Offers multiple versions with different maximum output power levels. The appropriate power should be selected based on the actual application scenario. Available power levels include 27dBm, 30dBm, 33dBm, 35dBm, 37dBm, 40dBm, 46dBm, and other versions.
  • Intelligent Frequency Selection: Through dynamic real-time spectrum detection across the entire network, each node intelligently and dynamically adjusts its operating frequency based on the electronic environment, interference, and other factors, within a pre-set frequency list. This enables intelligent dynamic frequency-diverse networking and effectively automatic interference avoidance.

🔌 CS7020-30/37/40-IP65 Tail Wire Definition:

  • Using a 2-core power cable + 8-core composite shielded cable, XT60H-M power interface and RJ45 network port, with a default tail cable length of 5 meters.

🔌 CS7020-46-IP65 Tail Wire Definition:

  • Two cables use 2-core power lines + 8-core composite shielded cables. The one on the edge is the XT60H-M power interface, and the one inside is the RJ45 network port. The default tail cable length is 5 meters.
